making my first hot sauce.
ingredients:
Red Fire Chillies - 80g
Birdseye Chillies - 54g
Moruga Scorpion Red - 80g
Garlic - 6medium cloves
Ginger - 85g
Water - 300ml
Apple Cider Vinegar - 5 tablespoons
Salt - 1 Teaspoon
Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
Zanthium Gum - 1/2 Teaspoon
Cardamom Seeds - 4 or 5
