  • Today i ride up the Atlantic Highway. The road links tiny islands along the coast by way of seven bridges, which swoop and dip along the shore. Then i make a stupid mistake and drop the bike snapping the clutch lever off.
    Thanks to Lundamo Auto for sorting me a new clutch lever www.lundamoauto.no/

    NOOOOO!!! Disaster number 2!! It's amazing the simple things you forget when you're tired after too many hours in the saddle. Awesome how bikers can come together to keep the adventure going. Great save, and one of those things that turns a holiday into an adventure!

      It was an awesome day....ruined by stupidity! The Suzuki dealer was fantastic!

    Glad you got the lever sorted and great to have so much help from people. Don't let one bad experience ruin the trip. It's still awesome!

    Ah -I had a similar experience a few years back in Norway. My bike fell over on a ferry and the mirror snapped off. I was pissed off but in the next town a mechanic welded it for me and did not dream of charging me for the work. So overall it came out positive. A stupid mistake but the generosity I met more than made up for it.

    Great videos and fantastic scenery. I have every sympathy for you dropping the bike. I think all us bikers know that feeling of exhaustion after hours of concentration whilst riding. So easy to make a mistake. Glad you got it sorted.

    Very awesome landscapes and video. Regarding the clutch lever, no offence, but leaving on such a long trip without spare leavers (both clutch and front-brake) is just irresponsible.

    Hey how economical is the bike? I'm looking at getting one and I'll be using it as a daily so I want to know how far can you go one one tank?

    • @UneasyRider
      @UneasyRider  5 років тому

      Hi boren. If I ride conservatively I can get 175 miles to the tank. Average is about 160 Hope that helps.
