This happened to a Friend of mine.... Father is a business owner asked my friend (the son ) to join his business.... He did joined but was getting very less payment and his education and skills were also not matching to what he was doing moreover the father is a control freak when it comes to business so the son started to feel irritated..... He soon left his Father's business and joined an IT company as he has done BE.... Now he is earning well

Bhale hi pitaji ka hi business kijiye depending on whether the business still has future potential or not but never sit with him in same office or gaddi . If you want to do the same business have a different office and work under his guidance but has a separate office.
