Hey Dan! Great video as always, warm and sunny if not a little breezy, but it's nice to feel the air warming up and spring well and truly here. Thank you so much for including some of the hills and field work, I know it's got to be a pain trying to work as well as record, but I really do enjoy the training content. Was that Kyle's shaven head I saw bringing up the rear? I know that garden is effort to maintain, but I bet it's lovely to have on the long summer nights. Plenty of space for a BBQ! Did 5km cross country in 28 mins at "shuffle" pace. Wondering if thats a good start for basic fitness
If thats a start time and only a shuffle then thats great! Keep the training up and that time will soon come right down!👊
@@DanMTomo Was a mix of full pace jog/sprint but mostly done at the shuffle pace. thanks man, goal is 9 mins.
