- Oral Roberts Baseball and Oregon Baseball played in Game 3 of the Eugene Super Regional in the 2023 College Baseball Season. The winner would advance to the College World Series and play TCU in the Opening Round on Friday.

One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I've adopted two different styles, one with logos on the left and a game snapshot on the right, and the other with the logos in the middle and game snapshots representing both teams on either side.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

ORU looks like they have a bunch of small town Oklahoma boys on their team. At one time, Mickey Mantle and Johnny Bench were small town Oklahoma boys.
You know I would usually say that this series was a fluke, but no, oral Roberts were just better team in every aspect of baseball

The worst part is, Oregan was just a double play away from elimination ORU in game 2. Amazing how one bad bounce can change a series. Still, props to both teams, it was a good series.
Reminds me of cws 2018. Arkansas had osu down to a pop up in game two to seal it, missed it, and then lost the entire thing. Crazy how much one play can snowball

Valiant effort by Oregon. Unfortunately, they are a product of the PAC12. The “Conference of Champions” (what a joke that is), no longer has the toughness and heart to win anything of significance. Its’s an East vs West thing.
Still win more titles than any other conference

@@danielmoore8695 vandy was definitely a cupcake in regionals. They just didn’t play good whatsoever. Oregon got really lucky being placed in the Nashville regional

UO has one of the worse baseball program and I’m shocked to see them here. If they played against LSU they would be destroyed. The beavers have had their best days with back to back championships and 2019 CWS title. As a OSU fan it makes my day to see the ducks choke and walk away a loser.😂😂😂😂😂
@Savvy 86, you’re right that Oregon State has been a yearly contender, but let’s not forget Oregon restarted the program in 2009. LSU graduate here, so no dog in the fight.
Duck coach was pretending he had a MLB bullpen. They have about 4 guys who can throw a strike. Why in the world would you not ride them to the end instead of bringing in guys you know can't get it done? May have still lost but this was painful. Without the walks and hit batters it would have been much closer and the ducks may have closed it out in game two.
I wanted the team with the dark shirts and white pants to win ........
