Side notes. I do not see Scotland defending their title I’m afraid. Henderson looked decent but Wright is STILL struggling. England look pretty strong and Australia I think stand a chance too.

So no MVG for the Netherlands & no Anderson for Scotland.Thought they'd be a certainty.
MVG is undergoing surgury on his wrist. Anderson, on the other hand, was unavailable last year, after which Wright coupled with Henderson and won the World Cup. After this, Anderson felt Henderson also deserved the place for this year...
Whitlock is a scoring machine, its just a shame his finishing always lets him down

@@Nk-we5ub joe Cullen Will have to surpass James wade in the rankings to play in the world Cup of darts the 2 highest ranked players from each country are allowed to compete unless if there's something wrong with one of the players or if a player pulls out then the replacement can come in and take that players place in the competition
It sucks because they make a great team with Smiths amazing scoring power and Wade's elite finishing

Belgium winning the Fifa Scammed WK is Qatar is very optimistic my friend . We won everything in Hockey ( +Olympic Gold last year ) which is unheard of in any teamed sport on the planet . Here , they better play way better if they want to move to the quarter finals - i was't very happy with the way they handled the double .Today though, they will be pushed to elevate their quality .

I feel for Cullen not getting picked. Not 100% sure if captain picks partner or how it works but it does make sense for Smith & Wade when it comes to finishing with both players preferring tops and 10s. Cullen seems to prefer the 32 route so I think that plays a factor
