Ultimately if he didn’t put family first I don’t think he would have even started the drug business, however one could also think the opposite that if he had put family first he wouldn’t have went into it in the first place; as that alone itself is detrimental to life/health with all the dangers.

Agree. You could tell the budget decreased by the season as the cast grew smaller and smaller, but I cannot name one episode that I would skip on a rewatch. They did their best even on a smaller budget.

It still blows my mind that the same man who played Walter White was also in this. The two characters couldn't be more different. He's so hillarious and lovable here and in Breaking Bad, he's ruthless, manipulative and terrifying. It takes a really gifted actor to pull that off.
Well actors are typically supposed to have wide range,just they don’t always fare well in other ventures,sometimes for talent,sometimes bad circumstances like a terrible director or producer,or they just don’t want to leave their comfort zone. Aubrey Plaza always plays comedic roles,but was amazing as a serial killer on Criminal Minds
The scene at 6:47, Malcom in the middle always knew how to be wholesome but also balance it with comedy . That scene was both so uplifting and hilarious at the same time😂
They ended it at a good time. Didn't let it go one too long. One thing I've really appreciated about the show is a loved it as a kid but now watching it as an adult I get all the jokes with the adults. There are so many that would fly over a childs head.

@@GwenMahdi yes it is. This was aired when tvs were still square shaped but movies and tv shows were filmed with wider aspect ratio like a rectangle. So when people eventually got widescreen tvs they saw details on the left and right that previously were never shown
