In Indonesia there are many PCPs like that and even better ones
Nibbs is awesome in the garage or backyard doesn't matter. Sorry to hear that bout crosman, hopefully i wont run into any problems. Thanks for sharing looking forward to the next one.
3k psi..!!!...dang
I had the same issue with my Prod pistol. I had to replace the fill valve as well. Worked fine for about five years now I have to replace the valve seals. It’s leaking air near the air gauge.
Yours is not the only complaints I’ve heard about Crosman.
You doing non stop
😉👍
The hole fill end needs to be replaced it's the air filter in between Amazon for the win and your not the only one not like crossman custom service IV heard it a lot lately from other people 🎯💯🛠️✌️
If you decide to replace it I recommend to buy one in the discovery model fill end it's the same thing but usually cheaper in price. Shouldn't be more than 18$
With Crosman its all about who you happen to get on the phone. Call them back chances are you will get someone else.
If all else fails talk to a supervisor. Their customer service is normally the gold standard.
"Hey we need to hire someone! Do they know anything about our airguns?? NO! Ohwell just put em' on the phones!" 😂
"Well we need a new technician too! Does he know how to repair our Airguns? Uh, well he knows how to fix leaky tires!! Ok good enough, hire him!!"🤣
On the next episode of "oblivious customer service"
most of the time its a o ring failure ,get the air out , remove the end plug , and there is a screw with a o ring under it . fx i. spa hatsan are so made , not a spring, there are no people at custom supports that know the gun , just a paper with answers
Good or bad Customer Service can help or hurt a company. Some contract CS out & the employee just goes by scripting on their computer & has zero knowledge of the items. Glad #2 is working but I thought it would have more energy at 10 meters. Its accurate because thats good shooting on the tiny chickens. Take care.
@@WalnutandSteelThat's why it's best to aim a little low & knock their legs- " stand " - out from under them then do a Speed load before they get up. 😂
hows its hot weather performance?
Almost all of my builds have that trigger set up. I can email you the cheapest price to buy it if you like surprisingly it's not in the USA 🎯💯🛠️🍻
I fill the same way with the guy that sells that safe pack that's why I will not buy from him ever again. His attitude.🎯💯🛠️🍻
We used to call them made on a Monday cars at Ford…quality goes downhill after a weekend.
Must have been a lemon pistol.
I have no issue with something that isn’t quite right but Crosman “support” had no clue and just treated me like I was stupid.
@@WalnutandSteel
They should have looked up your channel and had you up on their screen before commenting. I bought a few from their Custom Shop and paid their $10 for a lifetime written warranty so I have no issues if I need any work done.
How do you like the new pistol so far?
The second 1701? It’s exactly the same as the first one. Except the fill valve actually works right
If you tinker with it…your warranty would be void.
Ya gotta figure those answering the phone have a piece of paper in front of them which will give them an answer or give you back a question, in other words these individuals have not a clue about these air guns otherwise you’d have had your problem addressed, plain and simple. Bad representation on Crosmans part
Well after I tried to explain the situation to her, she said she was going to talk with a technician and put me on hold. After that is when it was suggested I use soap bubbles
@@WalnutandSteel The technician needs to go back to airgun school lol. He can start his first class by watching Walnut and Steel 🍻
I had a similar experience with Crosman unfortunately thats the way it is today with "Customer Service" mostly its useless, however every now and then you will get someone that does their job and its amazing. Good shooting offhand at 12 yards that is a fine air pistol.
