Another question from me 🙈 is that mat a special one that fondant doesn’t stick to? When I roll my fondant I have to use cornstarch and still sticks if I don’t use a lot. But then I end up with dusty fodant.. or is it also a special fondant? I am amazed how easy is to work with while mine is a messy one

No, just cornstarch (known as cornflour too)

Add 1 -3 tsp of Tylose powder to 1lb of fondant. Dry humidity areas use less Tylose - High humidity areas use more Tylose. Knead it in very well to your fondant.
It will help the fondant to dry much faster and get harder
