Agreed. I love the parks that have mountain coasters and chair lifts, but we don't need more of them. There are already enough of them in the same area that it's getting redundant. If I go to one of them I don't feel like I'm really missing out on anything if I don't visit the others.
This looks cool for the kids & grandkids. I just need a porch, swing, & a creek to wade in and look for crawdads for fun❤

How to destroy the mountains and with all this where are the animals supposed to to go .Oh that is right into the town so the state can put them down

We should keep in mind that this land was up for grabs to all sorts of investors-investors that may have decided to put another heavily developed Dollywood or Westgate Resort in this space. This development, or lack thereof, is one of the best possible scenarios.
I’m from McDowell County, West Virginia and this not new to us. We have the longest riding trails that I know of east of the Mississippi. Most of these trails are free for anyone to ride and others have cabins people can rent before riding there trails. One problem I see at your location and that is the streams you ride though, that’s going to cause trouble with the state and EPA because you are mudding them up and they run into bigger streams. This also will include places we’re there is run offs from the rains, that muddy water will run into the bigger streams. I’m 73 years young and it took most of my life to see the Tug River clear up from all the coal dust and dirt that was dumped in it. It’s not pretty seeing dirty and muddy streams, and it’s not good for the wild life.
they cut a road like a interstate in their their building not nature friendly place they have destroyed everything good its gone.

Fortunately Dollywood or a cabin company didn’t buy this property or the whole forest would be gone. Best possible commercial scenario. Gatlinburg here.

Guided tours..... that sucks. We have rode a lot trails and still do. Hatfield and McCoy's, Windrock, Doe Mountain, but nothing guided 😂.
I think that will be for just a short time. Until things get settled in.

@@SmokyMountainFamily Your Cat's will be alright by tournament. My Heels stumbled a little. A loss now doesn't hurt near as bad as it does in March/April. Just have to be peaking at the right time.

We have something sort of like that in North Carolina. People get to ride their ATVs on acres and acres. . We’ve had 11 die in three years.

No cell phone service, how do you contact if emergency help is needed. Don’t seam to safe for families. Can not call for help. Tell me something to change our thoughts about safety. Thank you great videos.

Looks like to me this is just more of the Great Smoky Mountains disappearing 850 acres. Why? It not like there is so much to do already. What you gonna do when you hit and kill a bear, cub an other animals.
