LG just need to be on the ball with the software updates. They can make the phones. I got an LG G2 and I won't upgrade. I don't like to wait and my phone has never made me. It is still a powerful phone. If LG gets better with software upgrades I would absolutely pick another LG phone when my contract runs out.

Had g2 over 7 months on Verizon. Absolutely love it. Clearly the pro 2 is next step up for LG. The pro 2 will be my next upgrade.

wow! best specsheet as of the moment. really love LG for their innovation. As we came to the time where innovation seems to be slow they are trying to be different. Props to LG G2 button placement and knock on feature, LG Flex curve OLED and self healing back cover!!! From LG Optimus G up to date they've done it well. Now they realize the importance of expandble storage and replaceable battery. Looking forward to have this Monstrous phone!
i was thinking of buying lg g2 but what stopped me was the fact that i cant extend the space and the lack of firmware updates i do think of waiting for lg g2 pro or galaxy s5 depending what it will offer just hope lg starts paying more attention to software updates since android keeps growing and evolving leaving older models stuck in the past where they could clearly benefit from the new features people say just get the phone and install a costume kitkat rom or something of that style but then you lose all the extra features the original firmware enables specially with the camera and sensors
