We go every year and the diving is amazing. I see at the end you we at Port William. We were camped at Maori Beach a month ago as well. Have you ever dived around Port Adventure.
It's an amazing place to dive. This was my first dive on Stewart Island so I'm yet to explore further, watch this space I'll be back.
Going for a dive down that way one day is definitely on the bucket list - what was the temperature like? (What time of the year was this)
It's a pretty breathtaking place to dive. This was filmed last month, so April.
The water temperature was on the cooler side but I'm conditioned to cooler water living in Dunedin. I was comfortable enough in a 5mm suit but I'd wear a 7mm now it's nearly winter.
