@@Th3lastsong it's from Romeo and Juliet that's what the songs about, Verona is the place it's set in, and drink the poison and stabbing yourself is the tragic ending of the two
Soy heavy ahora y de ves en cuando vuelvo a estos videos cuando tenía 16 años y me sorprende la técnica en los cambios de riff, melodías, y batería qué en ese entonces daba por sentado con bandas como silverstein. +Jared Gill Im offended! Ive seen chainmail and flamethrowers at canadian shows. and thats actually true, not exagerating.( Theyre just standing because its not heavy enough. Wheres all the blood? :P Also i think the venue is a little off. like if everyone was drunk and it was a grittyer small- mid sized venue people would be more prone to tear each other apart.

dude, as a vocalist, this was an incredible fucking performance considering what he was doing. he was screaming full force and then immediately had to belt. do you understand how almost borderline impossible that is to do?
Cinder I love Silverstein. Theyre one of those bands that has stayed true to their original sound. This band is why i started listening to heavy music.
does anyone realize that most hardcore bands have a screamer and a singer for clean vocals and Shane does both
craig mabbit also does both back from his btf days
Fucking king!
@@Jaymz87 I have realized that 10 years when I've discovered this band
He doesnt usually scream live anymore. There is a reason most bands have two people do it.
@@adneovesen1249 well yes but back in the day he did
I can just imagine the crowd trying to mosh to the 11/8 time signature🤣
if you listen really closely this intro was almost similar to tool's - schism 😂
2 years later, saw this song live at WWWY2024. The mosh for this on the opener was complete chaos.
Dude. He sings after he screams. His bandmates coulved helped him lol
what
I know it's crazy especially after seeing them live
@@nickgreen2394 and he sings so clean
Unnecessary
@@rnrhmam it is tho
This is peak screamo. Hands down.
Holy smokes I thought there was 2 vocalists in this band props to this guy for both screaming and doing clean vocals
Nawwww! Shane always rocked out both clean and scream, not easy!
"I wasn't asking for the world" This line and 'Verona lives inside of you" will always hit me everytime i hear it
Every damn time with the first line
I thought he said "i wasn't asking for the war"

cool setting, the stage is just 1000000miles away
this song is very hard to sing in live, he delivers it
1:40 that bass line 😮💨😮💨
It’s just the guitar part but with bass... and it sounds like “tool”😂
Drums in this song are fucking insane
Their drummer was always the best musician imo
they're all just standing there.
reaaaalllyyy????
+Erich Hernandez They're canadian, what did you expect?
+Jared Gill hahahaha come to Texas and we duck shot up

this concert happened before this song, and it's whole album was released
I saw them circa ~08' in Colorado Springs in a small venue (The Black Sheep), was the best show I've ever seen in my life, and this song was EPIC.
I just watched them live last Sunday and it's so cool to see them grow
Memories 😢🤘
Daym i miss this band
Awesomeness.
What a vocal chords...
Screams and then sings clearly...
Difficult to do it...
The fact he's also moving around too
La gente bien pinche animada a webo
Saying “open that shit up” then turning around and head banging like that is sus
I laughed out loud.
That baseline was on point
best band oat
fire!
One, terrible crowd. Two, he is amazing for doing all the vocals himself live.

It sounds like there’s to vocalist hes insane
was this the show with no use for a name ?
Hmm

awesome performance but a terrible crowd
se quedara sin voz
este año los fui a ver en vivo y su voz esta mejor que antes xd que curioso
