Poor Charles Lynch. My man spent 4 years trying to mantain his sanity and survive, while defending what remained of the Victoria he served after being horribly backstabbed by his own people. When he thought “WHERE IS VICTORIA?!” that phrase literally sent shivers down my spine. I hope we see him again later in the story.

The most memorable thing for me in Episode 11 is the part where The Sanguinarch bewitched a duke to run towards a burning building, then fed his wife and children to the Sanguinarch's troop.
Oh god that is so disturbing, reminds me of Hellsing where the Nazi vampires massacred London and shown eating a baby.
Is there no limit to that monster's atrocities?

I mean, as hilarious grimdark as it is in Warhammer IP ( Warhammer Fantasy here. It's tailor for a tabletop wargame after all), in a way it potray fairly accurate life during Medieval time. :)

Keep in mind Warfarin admit that the majority of her own people (Vampires) deserve their monstrous reputation.
The original Kazdel is Terra itself. All Sarkazes/Teekazes are the original inhabitants of Terra (technically the old Kazdel). All the races are basically Aliens that came from other world(s). To be honest they have enough reason to be angry, after what these alien races did to them.
Unlike other races, Sarkaz's lifespan is way longer causing them to hold grudges from the past for a very long time (literally centuries to millennium). While other races have similar lifespan to earth humans.
And, thanks to Sarkaz witchcraft, they can transfer memories through their bloodline, making their memories even longer than their lifespan.
The reason why Sanguinarch's anger towards Logos was because in the past when the battle between Kazdel Empire vs 4 Great Nation (Gaul, Victoria, Leithania & Ursus). Banshee & Vampire were working together as undefeated team in that great war, that's why Sanguinarch feels really disappointed in Logos, because he is not like his father, the previous Lord of Banshee.
Even Logos is determined to make Sarkaz Royal Court to choose peace, but Sanguinarch think that Logos's decision will only tainted Sarkaz Royal Court's legacy by becoming a coward who is afraid of war to claim all that had been taken from Kazdel Empire by 4 great nation & Sanguinarch told him that Logos doesn't deserve to be Lord of Banshee or Lord of Curse.
It's sad that Logos's ambition for the better future for Kazdel Empire & Sarkaz as whole was come from his savior & mother figure, Theresa. But now Theresa is once again sided with her brother, Theresis. But, Logos will do what it takes to bring Her Majesty's previous dream come true.
We need more man like Logos.. i mean lava has taste 😊
The previous Lord of Banshee was Logos's mother, not his father. She may still be alive as the Vampire mentoined her the end of the previous chapter (that he wants to stick Logos's tongue into a crystal case and gift it to Logos's mother). Most banshees are female as well as their leaders so it was a surprise that Logos, a male banshee became sucessor (Theresa mentoined this in a letter to Kaltsit).
The Sanguinarch only said that the banshees were ruthless hunters in the past and fought similar to the vampires. He did not specifically mentoin the 4 nation battle.
The Sanguinarch was angry because Logos wants the Old Sarkaz Court to die, since it's already rotten. He believes that the Sarkaz need to change and has in fact already changed. The old sarkaz lords and old memories have to disappear so the Sarkaz can have a fresh start.

The previous Lord of Banshee was Logos's father was actually exist even though he was not the the ruler. The day when Logos was prophesied to become the Lord of Banshee when he was born. Some years after Logos was born his father died because natural cause, then Theresa brought young Logos with her to Babel & taught him everything about Sarkaz Witchcraft. Different from the other Sarkaz Royal Court, Sarkaz Banshee was known to be more matriarchal society rather than patriarchal society, that's Logos's mother as the leader of Banshee titled "Great Banshee". But, that doesn't mean there are no male Banshee. Logos is not the only male Banshee, there a few of them but still not mentioned or making an appearance in the story.
This detail was actually appeared in CN server, along with real reason why I didn't wear my Elite Operator uniform. The real reason why I don't wear my elite operator uniform & wear a suit like a noble prince, to convince the members of the Royal Court, Confessarii & Kazdel Empire to believe that I came as the Lord of Banshee not the Elite Operator of Rhodes Island.
But they didn't really trust me from the start, and my movements in overseeing all the activities & agendas of the members of Sarkaz Royal Court, Confesari & Kazdel Empire together with Misery have made them realize that I'm not on Kazdel Empire's side at all. Especially when I saved the member of Rhodes Island & Eartha who are trying to escape from the pursuit of the Lord of Vampire in Shatterpoint.
In CN server, the detail about Theresis fought a group of Steam Knights was actually written in the story, about how he easily annihilated them as if they're nothing. I don't mean to compare the difference in global server & CN server. But I think Hypergyph planned to put them all those details in All Quiet Under The Thunder.

In the upcoming chapter 12, All Quiet Under The Thunder & Lonetrail. When Logos was killing more than 30 clones of Damazti's Lord, Logos told Lord of Damazti that he can't never escape Logos & will do what ever to stop him from mimicking other Victorian civilians. After that they have a lot conversation mainly about the past Damazti's past, Kazdel Empire & Royal Court, even Logos's father was mentioned in the story.
The director of Rhine Lab Engineering section, Nasti Lundrey was the previous member of Sarkaz Royal Court, specifically Sarkaz Banshee. When she fought Ho'olheyak in the secret place underground in Trimount, Ho'olheyak wants to bring the glory of her race learning the truth about Originium & its real essence, but before they fight each other, Ho'olheyak told Nasti that her race was one of the great race in Terra & she planned to revive thier glory using Originium.
Then Ho'olheyak wanted Nasti to tell her a little about herself, Nasti told Ho'olheyak that she was member Sarkaz Royal Court when Lord of Banshee was still alive, after great loss in the Kazdel Empire's annihilation war, she moved to Columbia to begin a new life in there, since Columbia treat all races equally, even though it's a lie, Nasti didn't care about it & just began her new life in Columbia.
Luckily, Nasti managed to stopped Ho'olheyak from learning the truth about Originium & she cast Ho'olheyak away by using her Banshee Witchcraft (remember the scene where Ho'olheyak was sent flying into the light in Lonetrail 3D PV, that's what I meant).

Man, I got really happy when Logos saved his cute little leader. Also I think Ascalon will play a vital point in the up coming stories of Arknights.
This might be a stretch but I think she might betray Rhodes Island for her own goal while also trying to kill Theresis too.
rather than betray, I think she might just do what she wants to do without being bound to any of the faction.

Interestingly, the white armor enemy soldier you are facing looks similar to Dune's Sardaukar, the most feared army in the Dune setting.
Asssuming the animated series get to that point, I want the enemy army potrayed like Sardaukar army in Dune 2019: *Cold, silent, fanatical, precise, and skilled soldier* who cut down Rhodes Islands and the resistance with precision.
Damn, Salus aka Female Byleth but Evil Sarkaz Mommy Researcher was really interesting to see.
shit is getting hype , Dublinn , Sarkaz and their badass royal court ,The dukes of Victoria, and Rhodes Island just going on an all out royal rumble

From this chapter, there are two things that is likely to happen in my opinion.
1) As we likely know that we (might) get Seige Alter banner, somehow the other 6 start standard operator in my mind will be none other than Allie her self. For the entire conversation after they come back from mausoleum, everyone just state Allie’s status as missing or MIA. If I was Seige, I presumed that she is dead immediately. Is this a hint form the writer that also means both Allie and the Steam Gundam were somehow alive for the later chapters?
2) form the last episode of Goldenglow’s mini event. We know that the reunion is working on the flying airship that supported by our mysterious merchant Cannot. Is there a possibility for them to join the fight of the sky with somewhat reason? For instance, stopping Therasis from weaponizing Catastrophes which is the main cause of Oripathy ?
I totally expect 1 to be happening. Allie MIA? Totally happended before with Ines. And about the Steam Knight, a NPC which we know his name, was mentioned alot, was important to the story and we still haven't seen his face yet? If he showed his face then I would expect him to die in the saddest way possible, but his face isn't revealed then I totally expect him to be playable
@@anhkhoanguyen8562 His face is probably... better not to be seen, just think about the horrible health condition Lynch could possibly have, the food he could barely find, the injury he suffered and more importantly, his sanity after so many betrayals and colleagues' deaths and 4 years underground life without any sunlight. He is the Last Steam Knight and probably won't have another face to reveal now.
@@anhkhoanguyen8562 If that the case, then Allie herself will become the next steam knight after Lynch? With her family's armor and become something like duelist defender? Plus, Lynch's conditions seems to be severe already both mentally and physically. I wonder how long he will last.
@@justxp0532 even if Allie becomes the next Steam Knight, I highly doubt she will be as RI operator, at least when she is released if ever. She isn't yet trained to be Steam Knight, her machine is gathering dust for 20+, if not 50+ years already, and she herself has Arts power is well known in the game and can make her work as healer or supporter. She could be a Steam Knight operator as an alter in the far future though.
Lynch would be far more plausible if you want a Steam Knight op. He is already trained and battle vet, his Steam Knight is already nearly broken after battles and can be retired to RI (while Allie's, while totally unused, should be in well preserved condition). And well, about his mentality and physicality, if Kal'sit can work after taking a direct hit from Theresis, Lynch would be fine after some treatment lol
Not all Sarkaz are agreeing with how Therasis or the leader do things with people in the town.
I like seeing some of them just try to be fair about people

Logos is an R.I elite operator. But ascalon is a member of R.I S.W.E.E.P
Both are originally from the Sarkaz Royal Court but sided with Theresa in the civil war during the Babel era. Then they stuck around as Elite Rhodes Island operators.

They are siblings because they have the same mother, who married to Edward before, gave birth to Talulah, and forced to marry Chen's father, gave birth to Chen, and suicided years later.
@@AcZe1188 Edward was killed because of political conspiracy, and Wei is forced to do the dirty job, which leaves Wei's sister/Talulah's mother unprotected, so Wei have no choice but to forced her marrying with another aristocrat for her safety. This life ended up making her mentally illed and suicided some years after Chen was born.
I hope Siege and Reed become the Victorian Queens, since Victoria used to be ruled by these 2 families at the same time.

After reading this whole chapter, i'm pretty sure Kazdelian cannot be stopped. Unless Rhodes Island asking help from other nations.
Well that's why they're collecting the dragon siblings, maybe? And also why they're invested in helping the abyssal hunters get to their homelands? Or maybe why they're interested in Kjerag, Sargon, and Columbia...?
It's interesting looking at the side stories and events and realize that when they do step up to ask favors from a lot of favors from different places, we will know exactly what Rhodes Island did to get those favors....
@@janematthews9087 Yeah, spoiler alert, Anni 4 is happen after Victoria arc and guess what: Kal'tsit got new battle skin, Specter's new skin got more militaristic style, and Ch'en Alter is traveling with Shadow Guard, have Nian's Sibling's effect on her attack which mean she got their power, and her outfit is more suitable for serious battle.
My guess: they used that outfit in the fight against Kazdelian.

For spectralt even if it's classified as a BOC skin it doesn't look militaristic or designed for battle at all
Technicaly gnosis, aurora and eunectes skin aren't fighting gear either but i'll agree that you can see them being use in a fight

Yeah and we will get Siege Alter/Allerdale banner, where Siege Alter is the limited operator. Though I would prefer if that didn't happen- I think a few deaths are necessary, just like Frostnova's.

Sarkaz characters and lore are just so full of death and reincarnations and dark magic weird stuff, it's kinda hard to keep up with all the random superpowers they are pulling out of their pale butts. In contrast, I'm very fond of the Victorians like Saileach, Stainless, and Horn, all very grounded human characters, though admittedly Horn is a beast of a woman and I love her for that.
AK tries wayyy too hard for it's own good. It's clear that the writers are high on their own idea; the dialogue is excessively bloated and pretentious, filled with WORDS WORDS WORDS and hours and hours of characters spouting third grade philosophy and tistic rambling about obvious things . i really appreciate the hard work you put on these summaries .

It's the common gacha writing style. The more it focused on Chinese audience the more obvious problem becomes. Look at Genshin for example, the dialogues between characters feel so unnatural like they are not humans. Now gachas are more focused on global audience and the dialogues become more normal. Like in the recent one, star rail, you can see some progress.
Have give it a read again? The dialogues have been pretty straightforward since Eben's event and Guide Ahead.

I think you should read the story for yourself once, it's now way better than Ch 8 or previous events, AK has far stray away from third grade philosophy. Not event Kal'tsit talk too much these days.
Those complaints are past now. Gone are the days of bloated dialogues which off sets the pacing.
After ep8 the story dialogue is getting better and more easy to read, is just the story involve lot more character and give more lore to story make it really long.
Never have that problem when reading. Having a good reading comprehension and actually able to pay attention help, you should try that
