That is one of the reasons why I love him. Even with the fame and money and all of the beautiful clothes, etc...he still seems so normal in his own way, and the kind of person I'd probably like if we ever met. I'm really outside of his target audience, being twice his age, lol. But I watched this entire video and had a smile on my face through it all. I hope Jeffree and Nate are having a wonderful time in their new home.

Agreed! I have always loved that Jeffree doesn't ignore those around him. He elevates those that are with him by helping them to succeed. I was so happy that Jeffree took Shane by the hand and helped him to create his own line, his own make-up. But also to help him understand how business works and how Shane can get what he deserves. Shane is so good at being a filmmaker that his fan base and viewership numbers reach more then the most popular TV shows do. So Shane clearly deserves what Jeffree helped him achieve. I'm so proud that they have been able to help each other grow and to become like family to each other. It warms my heart And it's a positive thing in a very negative world.

Yeah I thought it was interesting that both of them indirectly talked about having some fatigue from all of the excess. At the same time they are buying a place that's way bigger than what they had, so I don't think their newfound moderation goes that deep. Still I thought it was a cool part of the past two videos hearing them talk about how they don't want as much crap anymore. I judge them sometimes for how much they spend, but I can't really because I have no idea how having that much money would change my perspective.

I think this video shows beautiful growth because Jeffree states he's sold and donated so much plus he had become a hoarder because at some point believing his newfound wealth would be over sooner than later (which was evident in his last video). I love that they're upgrading the house & contrary to your belief I feel like it goes in hand with wanting to feel less cluttered and liberated. His brand keeps growing so he needs the space for new projects & at the same time downsizing in material things to get rid of the mentality that this will all go away one day.

I always notice how he treats people wherever he goes. No matter who they are., or what perceived “level” or class they are typically seen as in society. He’s always acknowledging, saying hello to everyone from a random worker to a ceo with complete natural inclusiveness. It’s in the small details too. Yet somehow he’s every bit the iconic diva we all want him to be as well. Just not at anyone else’s expense.
Jeffree is self-made, so he worked really hard. He didn’t grow up wealthy, so that is part of the reason. He knows how it feels, so he is very humble. Unlike other creators or celebrities that couldn’t care less about people’s hardships.

I used to clean rich people’s houses, houses like Jeffrees and almost all of them were awful. They make you feel like worthless scum. So it was really nice to see how he interacts with the people working for him.
The wealthy clients also never tipped us.. that was only the middle class clients. Which says a lot in my opinion.
