Most of the Americans who are personal friends of mine, resides in my city Dubai and they said: "We wish that the American police learn from the UAE police, they're doing an excellent job"

Nicely done, this short movie is based off a true event where a college student named Zayd Atkinson was collecting trash and a cop pulled a gun on him for no reason when he did absolutely nothing wrong but collect trash. Even though this isn't the exact re-enactment of what happened, the cop that pulled the gun on Atkinson resigned two weeks after the incident if I remember correctly. Regardless though, this is the true meaning that our policing system is corrupt and needs serious reform.

ya ..i just wrote the same comment..the moment it started i knew it was based on the Atkinson incident..only thing different was the officers in the real indicent did not outright threaten with guns but they were still yelling "drop the weapon" and did not believe that he stayed there..

Problem is those fired officers can move into a small community which support their views. Their head shots, bio, and listed undesirable as police officers should be posted on the national law enforcement registry and any law enforcement agency will lose their federal funding if they hire them

The fact that this is based on a true story is what sickens me the most. Look up Zayd Atkinson, a Naropa College student that was profiled and surrounded by 6 cops for this exact reason and saved the exact same way.

The encounters are videotaped so the evidence is there. The issue of racist police will not be resolved with one encounter. Bottom line is do not get injured or killed.
