Wow, so lucky you were able to witness the fledgling! I’m so glad that the Sunda Scops Owl is still there! Hope wildlife can still thrive even with the construction.

Yes. I was lucky to meet the wildlife photographers. They are the ones who share with me the snake feasting and after that, asked me to have a look a the nesting. I was so lucky to see the little one fledged in less than 10 minutes. So blessed. And yes, about the construction, we are keeping our fingers crossed. The construction will eventually start and be a big impact on this garden. We will just have and pray hard that it will not affect too much. Thanks for watching. 🙏

What an amazing day birding. It is always so special to see the baby birds and that too at such a precious moment. Amazing video.

Agree. I understand some birders has been following since day 1, but did not get to see it fledge. But me, not even knowing there was a nesting going on. Get to see it fledge in less than 10minutes. I could not believe it myself. Now I do believe in fate, even on meeting wildlife LOL. 😀

thats amazing, i never see this many species of birds and animals when i go for walks in the park

These were species that I met for 3 visits. 29 Jun was a lucky day because I met some nice photographers that were willing to share with me on the snake feasting on the lizard and the Ashy Tailorbird nesting. Otherwise, I would not have these footages. It was also a day where I met some uncommon wildlife like the Spotted wood owl and the otters. Not everyday is that lucky. 6 Jul was supposed to be a very quiet day. The rare sighting of the kingfisher preying the snake made my day special. Another lucky day. I guess meeting wildlife really depends on our luck and fate. 😀Thanks for watching. 🙏

@@kimpriority that is amazing. i just purchased a camera too, looking to start my own wildlife photo walks. any tips for a beginner for spotting and photographing birds/wildlife?

@@rendomize3954 Never get too close to wildlife. They can spot us better than we spot them. They will fly off immediately and may not even come back when we get too close to them. More importantly, enjoy our walk, listen to nature even without any wildlife spotted. That will make us appreciate and enjoy the the nature out there while we were in the field. Enjoy your new hobby. 😉

Ashy Tailorbirds. The tailorbirds species usually has nest made of 1 or 2 leaves. They are very tiny. So it can be very interesting if we spot their nest. 😀
