Build button I use bottom right button to place builds, combat normal shoot button

Tab s9 and low ping helps significantly, some devices can cap skill it’s an unfortunate truth

May potentially be because of cloud gaming, for those users not all settings/buttons on hud may be available

3D resolution 40%? Isn't it bothering? I'm playing at 60% and I still have trouble seeing enemies at medium range. It's really far from pc or ps unfortunately.

Despite the title, there's no such thing as the best HUD or Settings. Really, it's all preference. Find a sensitivity you feel you can control well, aim well with and that you feel is fast enough. Use a HUD you think suits you and a hud that finds fine for you that uses how many fingers you find comfortable.
True but a lot of people go through trial and error, so it helps copying their favorite content creator settings to point them into the right direction, then they can adjust their settings higher or lower!
