I also see women put their bags in the top portion of the shopping cart at the grocery store,and then walk away. I watched a group of girls watching a lady that had her bag in her cart. I ran up to her like I knew her and whispered you are being watched. Please pick up your bag and put it across you. She was so grateful. She was a older lady so I watched over her until the girls left the store. I would hope someone would do that for my mom. But its not just older ladies Ive seen do that. So im all for looking out for other's. Because I know how it feels to be robbed. So im so glad you shared your experience. That happens with phones too. People place their phones down while shopping. Originally I was here to watch your review on the Dionysus GG Supreme super mini bag… BUT your review was so good that I couldn’t stop watching (and usually once I get what I need out of a UA-cam review, I cut everything else short lol)! When I got to the part about your Gucci story OMG, honey let’s just say it was at that point you gained not only a UA-cam follower, but I headed over to IG to follow you there too lol! Thanks for sharing! I use a company to repair my luxury bags that an Atlanta luxury bag consignment shop uses. Thank goodness I started with an older bag first to test his skills. He has been great and so are his prices. I’m glad you posted, because I’ve never saved the ‘before’ pics. I just text pics to get a rough quote and delete. Definitely will take pics for my proof next time.

Heyyy Shanna!! I have the same Gucci bag and from Woodbury as well (the black one). I also have the same issue with it flipping. I’ve decided to take it to cobbler - have the strap removed and add ring hooks. I will add another strap. Love your other Gucci bag as well TFS your reviews 😊😊
Another bad habit we have is leaving our bag in the cart while we put our groceries in the car. A older lady told me to always put my purse in the car before I start putting my groceries away 😊

Agree 100% I only buy crossbody brand name bags as I think the second it's put down it can be stolen...I have the gucci bag you bought in black in navy with the gucci logo Nd it was very long for me , I had to get it tailored....The chain bags you bought were way to small for me/ didn't fit my phone ( I carry my phone in hand alot also but want the option to put in the bag)..Great video! Long but very informative : )

you have been teasing the designer bag story forever and I'm glad i finally heard it. yeah. they would have had to remove me from that store. I had a similar experience with a pair of Louboutins - right after I bought them i took them to a cobbler to put red rubber soles on the bottom. when I picked then up, they tore the leather. they said the leather was soft and tore on the machine they use to hold the shoe when they glue on the bottom. but then they gave me a paper with their damage policy that said they were not responsible. I FLIPPED OUT. FLIPPED ALL THE WAY OUT. I still have those shoes and never wore them. Phew - deep exhale
That luxury bag was the most expensive material item I purchased for myself at that time. I was crushed and scorned! That’s why I sold the bag - the energy was just bad whenever I looked at it. So sorry about your shoes! ❤️❤️ I definitely feel your pain and don’t blame you one bit!!

The reason that black bag flips is because of where they made the strap hooks. It's in the middle that's why the bag flips if the hooks and straps were a the top side of the bag instead of the middle it wouldn't flip. So it's not you. It's the way it was designed. I hate that you had to go through that! I have a Burberry Susanna bucket bag that I received as a gift years ago. It has a back wall zippered pouch that is attached by 2 snaps. However, one snap doesn’t work. I inquired about getting it repaired in the Burberry store. They said it would take up to 6 weeks.🤦🏽♀️ I didn’t even want to part with the bag for that long and was afraid that something wouldn’t go right, so I just have kept it the way it is.

I actually really love the vintage look of the first Gucci camera shaped bag..
It has a very retro look,that I don't get with the gucci Dyonisis bag..
I love the look of the Dyonisis as well I just think it's a lot more dressy.
I guess it all just depends on how you typically dress/style yourself that makes one or the other a better choice, or just have them both,lol..
Ok ,I changed my mind a lil,I think you can still get the retro feel with the monogram,just not the white.....

I was wondering if putting a few more heavy items in the bag might solve the flipping problem; the added weight would allow gravity to keep the bag down. I love both of these bags…I may add one of them to my wishlist….now look what you’ve done!!! 😂 How horrible about your first Gucci bag and it was so cute too!!! Sheesh!!! Girl……I just had to respond to this video. NEVER put you bag down. I never had my bag stolen but I’m so conscience about that. My bag does NOT leave me. We are inseparable when I leave home. People scheme all the time. Not falling for it. Don’t have time, find somebody else. Also, we carry our phones in our hands all the time (I too have the 13max) even as heavy as it is, because to put it in your bag, means taking it out when you need it, then putting it back, then taking it out again, who has time. Constantly on my phone, just keep it in my hand. Plus somebody might feel it upside the head if they get out of line, lol. Run an save your life. You’re a real one. Love the video, bags are super cute 💕

I would have been hot!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t take my bags to anyone but the actual designer. I’ve had my LV Neverfull for 11 years so it’s vintage at this point. I had them fix one of the thin straps on the side, and the last time they practically rebuilt my bag because I wasn’t paying over a grand for a new one when I paid $575 for mine. It took weeks but both times my bag came back pristine!

Gucci cleans and repairs all of their products . I have sent back my wallet to Gucci twice free of charge because the pearls came out. If it’s your fault like the pen marks you will pay for it . If not it’s free of charge . They even repair shoes .
Whenever you buy Gucci buy it from their store under your account because they pull up your orders from whatever timeline and and file a complaint 😂 and then they call you to pick up when it’s ready or ship it to you

So first off great review of the bags. Loved it. Secondly, the store manager should have replaced your bag because that company was her vendor. When you are a leader of a company we have to do things to make our customer happy then deal with our vendor. I was so upset for you. You should have received better service. You should have been refunded for their terrible service and then exchanged your bag. She could have marked your bag as damage. Oh I am so mad for you.
