I bought a Zuru X Shot Hawk Eye for my son. Upon taking it out of the box, I tried to pivot the front end of the Hawk Eye down (to load a foam dart into it) as depicted in the photo on the back of the box and as shown in many youtube videos on the product. Despite applying significantly more force than is shown in any of the youtube videos on this product, the front end would not pivot down. If I exert any additional force, it feels almost certain as if it will permanently break. Is there something I am missing? Might there be a release button or pin which needs to be pressed/removed, which is not depicted in any of the videos? Might this one be defective?

yeah...no this thing is less practical than the vigilante,im pissed they did this garbage break action jolt in gold yet not the vigilante.the jolt,even if weaker is still 2x more worth it.not so reasonable price compared to even their other other offerings,in poland that is.95pln for this 95 pln for the chaos meteor
