I just got the Prada powder from Sephora. I really like it so far! I love the Star Crossed and Milky Way Bobbi Brown quads. I’ve been wearing both a lot. I had to get them from Liberty London via a reship service because they were sold out at Selfridges, and I regret nothing! I got the Dior 30 Montaigne and have been thinking about getting the other 3 when/if they are restocked, but your experience with the pink one gives me pause. I have really sensitive eyes. I might just hold off after all and enjoy the one I already have!
Did u see the sneak peak of the Holiday CDP collection quad lipsticks and highlights yet ? Looks pretty the colors are better then last holiday pink and orange more neutral with a minty shade and pretty packaging and the cute engraving that will be gone in 2 sec.
You are right, the makeups of this month are very interesting. I must admit that I haven’t bought any of these collections in July. I just ordered the AT powder from your mid year best recommendation. I will buy the Kohl’s Gen Do powder next. I am trying to use up the inventory I have been building up.

I was limited to what was available here - so my top purchases in July were the Chanel collection (most pieces), the Tom Ford Cafe Rose blush, the new REN blush brush and the Byredo Mineralscapes palette (which I purchased because you raved about it last month). My favorite items are the two Chanel blush/highlight duos, which I wear together (if I want more of a cool toned cheek, I layer the pink over the peach and vice versa if I want a warmer toned cheek). I love that the highlighters aren’t glittery and that the blushes wear all day. I do also love the 4 Chanel stylos I picked up. I purchased 2 of the 3 new REN brushes and I especially love the blush brush - I am thinking of getting a second one. Thanks again for another great month-end roundup!

The lipcolor in this video very nice on you. BB starcrossed palette is everywhere in germany cheaper 20% less 65€ i think it`s ok but thought the lila shimmer is stronger and the blackberry shade is a brown when blended. So interested for the autum TF paletten solei neige and the black one. I never bored of eyeshadows. Hope you make a video Lexi. Greetings Tanja 💙

I have the blurring powder from them with the marbled appearance. I have the pink and beige. The beige is a favorite but it's more velvety on the face than this one. I'll try to get to favorites/ ranking after the kids go back to school.
Lexi I need a new powder press powder that I can have in my purse for retouch , I was going to buy the Prada but now Tom ford came up with a new press powder so I may wait to see if you rew the Tom ford ❤

I saw this morning the Addition anniversary pallet on Fude site and I was debating on ordering it, can't wait for the quads to get here and I'm thinking about making another order sense I kinda jumped to fast to the check out and forgot other things. Still waiting for the KDJ powder to come back in stock. Love this video every month it really helps me make smarter purchases.
@@LexiJong I like miss mauve I don't like the orchid they both came packaging doesn't close right it side ways off and the orchid 1 shade was crumbled but it looks nonexistent on my skin and the top 1st shade is pure glitter but I saw other people's orchid and it looked nothing like mine so I'm confused because it literally looks like nothing but others don't look that way. Wish they did swatches because I definitely would have choose another quad .
I picked up two limited editions of nail varnishes 183 I think it is, yes, same colour! . Just love the tone and looks nothing like in the bottle. I tried the limited edition lipstick and was disappointed tbh. Tried it on in liberty and without eating or even drinking the lipstick was almost gone within an hour 😮
@@LexiJong yes the consultants were lovely and sold the varnishes to me a day before official launch. They looked up my buying habits with them and said they are setting up a beauty room soon and it's around £90 to have a treatment but the cost is taken off anything I buy! I hope that makes sense but a win win situation for me. I'm going to let them know I'm buying more because of Lexi because I'm confident in buying as I'm making an educated informed choice after watching your videos
Thank you Lexi. I got the Chanel stylos in the blue and the green. I got bothe blushes/highlighters, and I also got the single shadow in the purple. I also got the water Camelia cream that Chanel makes. Have you tried that cream? I am anxious to know you thoughts on the cream
I have the former Chantecaille Skin Tint, and those colors do match up to the Future Skin colors. The fact that new ones are yellow is really disappointing. I love Koh Gen Doh powders and have several. But I have serious sticker shock over the new one. I am thinking of trying the AT balms. And I may pick up the new Westman Atelier Super Loaded. I'd wear it as blush too. It looks like I can get the silvery cool pink I was hoping for when I purchased the Pink/Lilac Dior Blush and Glow, which is looking like a return right now. I like the Bobbi Brown Star Crossed palette on you, so may be looking for that. I've bought a few of their Luxe Satin lipsticks in recent deep discount sales they've had on their site (as low as $25 each!) and really like that formula. Long wearing and very little feathering. I just got 148R and 154A in Valentino. Haven't tried them on cheeks yet. Which eyeliners do you like better: YSL or Valentino? So much to try this month! Thanks for the video.💚
I honestly was going to skip the KGD powder because of the price but when it went on sale, I decided to try it and I'm glad I did. I would still recommend waiting for a sale though - they will probably have 25% off for labor day in a few weeks. I ordered the Dior but was on vacation so I have to go pick up my packages at my parents' house still. It sounds like it might not be that great from what you are saying. I like the YSL and Valentino formulas equally but I prefer the fun Valentino shades in general.
@@LexiJong I love KGD powder. I have it in the loose powder, with a backup. I also have the Brightening Moisturizing Powder compact. Their powders are really, really fine products. Beautiful finishes. I can see why the new one would be a winner. It's something the company excels at making.
Hi Lexi great favorites. I am getting more and more minimal / natural with makeup , each year 🤪 I don’t care for any foundations, even that Valmont bee one. I prefer Chanel OG fresh water one, and no powders, love Chantecaille pink and bronze tints. Love Chanel new blush duos , well the peach one, but really excited to wear berry one. It’s going to be perfect with Prada cool pink tone dress, ah waiting to cool down, it’s still so hot in South Fl 😂 I need to get Violette Fr balm. I love more matte balms. It’s definitely whaat I don’t have. I think I love that red shade and I think I will get also cooler pink , I think Betisse or something . Oh love new Chanel Stylos, but I tried twice in waterline, and irritated my eyes😳😂 Have a blessed day🙏❤️

I would also definitely skip the VB brow gel, it’s either too light or too goopy, because of the applicator, I think. And those 3 new REN brushes really are all my ideal sizes, and so soft. I’ll definitely use them often.
I wish I had watched your video before purchased the Dior lipstick as I was expecting it to be cooler. I wish photo swatches by prestige and lux brands would be more true to life. I am not thrilled with the Chantecaille reformulation in alabaster as it leans too orange on my complexion and I felt like it oxidized. Im really happy with the Chantecaille bronzer, although I’m sad that they are discontinuing Goa and Sirena. Thanks for suggesting contacting Addiction Tokyo-there was a miscommunication and my order shipped quickly once they resolved the issue. I’m loving the Valentino eyeliners!

Do you think the ko ken do powder can be used on bare skin to add dimension? Basically after using skin care ....
It could be used for some definition but I think there won't be much since it's translucent. It will give your skin a more perfected finish though.
