I've never had the chance to put my hands on FT Koot but I did get the version 2 of the XTB Locke for $130 brand new...I don't dare transform the figure but I do manipulate & pose it a lot...he's holding up so far & it's a year out now...I appreciate u doing this type of video & I hope u do many more... I've only been collecting MP for about 3 to 4 years now & the only way I can see info on older figure is older reviews...with the prices of older figures this is a great video for a new collector like me...
Smart man 👍,asthetically he's an amazing looking figure even better than koot imo,but that's where it ends I have 1 x-transbots figure and it's the V2 of Locke and I enjoy semi-difficult transformations this thing is a nightmare I broke it in 3 places going to alt-mode and back and I've never broken any figure(all Fanstoys figure even Mp-44 I've transformed multiple times with no breakage or paint chipping) I'll never buy another x-transbots figure again
Yours is either mis-transformed or broken. There seems to be some missing parts on the top. Maybe it fell on its head in a previous life. I can pick mine up by the head on not only does it stay together, but my neck is stiff enough it does not move. Looking at the comments I have seen others have noticed this as well. I have transformed my copy several times, and so far things are still holding up really well. (I have heard many complaints about the transformation as well, but I have never found it that bad. I have way worse ones in my collection). Thanks for the video.
Would love more of these! Maybe do one for takara MP36 because mine got floppy as hell haha my Magnums head is very much like his. I loosened the screw behind his face and it surprisingly did help. Thinking it was overtorqued causing it beau in or something Also my dracula has an absurd amount of play in his ratchets even buying him new
I don't have an MP Kup. I didn't like the FT's, and the XTB was cursed with apocalyptic plagues and fell apart just by looking at it. Maybe if MMC/Ocular Max does one, it will be good if it is as their Springer or their Arcee. I also think that we need a new Hot Rod, Rodimus. Maybe is not that popular, but I really like that character. Is one of my favorites.
The funny thing about it, when he snores really bad, I'll go to want him up. Most of the time though he's doing it to get attention, I'll go over and he's eyes are open and he's watching me. And if I walk away he snores louder. And then I go to "wake him" and I see the tip of his tail wagging. So in other words he's faking it a lot of the time.

I think you've mistransformed him. He has a two chest tabs that sit around his collar that lock his chest. Also, possible that they broke off.

It looks like you're missing some parts, like the ones that hold the torso. and the panel on which the head is.
With FansToys strike a pose and slowly walk away. Never mess with to much or transform....it is what it is.
Some yes. But some of the more recent ones like drag strip for example I find myself taking him off the shelf and messing with him a lot

Sadly out happily I don't have the official mp 36 I hated that mold lol. Just have the ko I looked at just a bit ago.
