Hello, I'm just now seeing your videos and was wondering if your diet mattered at all or was no matter what you done right the crisis still came on strong? Because I'm planning pregnancy with sickle cell ss and I have a plan to, first rely on my faith (God is a healer and has brought my a long way) my diet is very important (I really don't eat meat) water is my best friend (alkaline 9.5ph) mostly. And I know I have to keep track of my blood levels. But does all that make a difference in your opinion?

Yes i do believe it makes a difference. You just may have to go harder while you are pregnant with the diet and preventing crisis.
