This was very informative. Thank you 😅 This saved me thousands of dollars and wasted hours on marketing that would never work on divorce leads and attorneys.

Great podcast! As much as we try people are people and having this training will help real estate professionals address the needs when and if this topic arises. I have worked with several couples who ended up divorcing, but, because we already had the relationship we were able to help them. This is a very stressful situation and understanding the needs better will help our firm assist in homeownership eligibility retainability, thanks.
This was a great way to begin my day! So informational and enlightening, as it definitely provides some directional prompts. Many thanks to both of you.
Thank you for the kind words! We are always striving for actionable advice that you can really use. So happy to hear this is the case for this episode. 🙂
@@TheCloseDotCom You're most welcome. Considering that the market is saturated with RE agents, who are being taught the same regurgitated material that existed since Noah built the ark, it is refreshing to learn about different angles and approaches to this business. More such videos would be great!

This was an interesting topic that I've been thinking about looking into. However, after watching this, I'm having 2nd thoughts. I think shifting gears from divorce to marriage, as this would be more align with who I am as well as holding true to my morals and values. Cheers from Silicon Valley, CA!:)

Would you recommend getting the RCS-D as well as the CDRE? Or just focus on the RCS-D?
It's totally up to you! Both are useful and show your expertise. 🤓

Agreed! Very stressful situation and yes, it's a true service when agents understand the needs of these clients.
