Daniel, you have to name yourself "Gorge" first. Then go to the picture of Gorge in the mansion map and you should be able to find the hidden car.

I think maybe the globe which has red dots marking specific citys around the world may have something to do with the hidden car, perhaps it is a hint that we need people from different regions to join a private lobby (if thats possible), or maybe the paintjob flags can help? I am at a loss to be honest I've tried many things and haven't gotten anywhere.

It's actually this, name yourself Gorge and go to the library and drive into a painting. After that, a purple light will appear for a few seconds, then a portal will open. Then drive into it, and ta-da!
