    I am an ifbb professional bodybuilder. I compete at the worldclass level and you know what? Luke is absolutely right. If you cannot control what goes into your body or have the discipline to run your life and not allow cravings or appetite to control you. You become less easy to manipulate. It's a beautiful thing.       Cigars boost your testosterone. The most important hormone for wellbeing unlike sugars carbs and fast food that decrease it and spike high insulin. It might be a little bit toxic but everything is toxic these days even the air you breath. Your body can cleanse from toxins easily but can't control insulin spikes from bad diet. If americans smoked 1 cigar per day instead of eating junk Macdonals american's mortality rates would drop segnificant

      @@SamuelTttghk..you can try building your fasting window from something easier. Like start with 12 hours then 14 then 16. Also drinking a ton of water and then drinking black coffee like 90 minutes after helps keep you a bit satisfied until you can eat

      When people find out about Ramadan in Islam.😲(Mandatory Fasting Month) + God has advised us to also fast throughout the rest of the year in much shorter intervals (Optional). Things like waking up for the morning prayer at 5am, Scientists are only recently finding out about the benefits of waking up that early when Muslims have been doing it for thousands of years. Strongly recommend doing your own research to learn and educate yourself about Islam. ❤

    Something interesting about food consumption is that it triggers dopamine release which is a common reason for overeating. It's possible that you're not hungry, but rather suffering from dopamine/serotonin deficiency. If you're staying physically active and/or social, so that you receive these releases through different means, your cravings should, according to personal experience, subside.

    delaying breakfast or skipping it for some mini snack like an apple or whatever makes me 10x more energetic, focused and I don't get as bloated lethargic and I don't nap anymore. Training hard every day, drinking more clean water is a complete game changer. Add some micronutrients like ashwaganda, lionsmane and basic vitamins and minerals and you're set to conquer.

    My grandma in poland used to wake up at 4:30 and go work on the farm animals and the field. Used to come back around 10 oclock to have breakfast. Homemade bread, cheese, pork eggs all that stuff. My grandad used to go fishing at 3 oclock in the morning and got back at 8/9 and helped grandma and had a Smoke before breakfast. These People were fasting for 5-6 Hours after waking up

      Grandad passed away last year at 78 he did himself dirty fishing in the cold winters developed severe problems plus heart issues

    It's like the fourth time i've seen this guy asking "i have a bad diet, what can i do?" They answer everytime and he's still asking. You know why? Look at his argument: "we're gonna die anyway"
    If he wanted really to change he could already tried something atleast, but you can't argue with a someone who already make a decision before the discussion and is not open to try what the others said. He's the type of person who keep asking why the result doesn't change when he didn't even try to change the actions.

      Unless you know basic nutrition. Sodium is needed in liquid for you body to actually hydrate, not that coke is some sort of hydration fluid however it’s nutrition is on likes of Powerade.

      it's just basic stuff everyone should know : sugar = bad, doing exercices, discipline ... it make the scene interesting for some ppl because the other guy is totally clueless.
      also, there is some mistakes. Avoiding breakfast is a terrible mistake. It's de-regulates cortisol, wich is one of the most important hormone who regulate stress and a lot of thing in your body.
      Do this, andyour cortisol is fckd up for the rest of the day, and the only way to reset it, is to go to sleep.

      He’s not saying, you can’t do drugs, eat like shit, be fat, be fit, do what you want, but do it consciously knowing that’s what you actually want and not because you follow society norms or anyone’s agenda. Everything that is made to profit has an agenda behind it. Do you eat breakfast because everyone else does or cause you actually want to eat it.

      @@myfb3936I eat breakfast whenever I feel like eating after waking up. I don’t go and eat breakfast because everybody does it. There’s days when the family makes breakfast and I end up skipping the meal because i had no interest in eating at that time.

    Never watched any of these Tate brothers content before.
    There right about intermittent fasting. I have been on the keto diet for the last year and eat once a day. I feel the best I have ever felt in my life at 39. I have my own business in construction and I just work solo now. I out work guys half my age and twice my size. I feel like a machine with great mental focus. My depression and lethargy is gone after so many years battling through.
    There is a lot to what they're saying. Start with your health and discipline and go from there.

    Food being an addiction is so real. I can go months on a clean diet and not crave junk food/fast food at all. The moment I allow myself to binge one day or one weekend, the next week is exponentially harder to stick with my diet. The cravings kick in and your discipline waivers much easier

      Btw, just to share with you all. I "cold turkey" stopped ordering food, I'm not heavy and I look like I could use some weight. Yet my diet was horrible, eating 4-5 x a day and fastfood mostly. Now I cook since November 28th (except 21st of December) and cooked every single day at home.
      It's boring, it's especially hard to be disciplined, but I feel more energised these days than in the past few months with fastfood and red bull 🙂

    The feeling of hunger is not that your body needs fuel… your body has enough fat to fuel it for 50 marathons. It’s just the sensation of your stomach shrinking. Let it shrink. Eat smaller sized low Glycemic index( low sugar based) higher clean protein meals; Then you won’t feel hungry, have energy from not being tired from digesting big meals, And you will automatically be lean.

    0:57 that’s a good way to think, always be conscious of what you eat.
    I like to consider my options heavily.
    •eat what I want because it’ll satisfy me now.
    •eat what I’m supposed to because my future self is depending on me.
    For my health, for my kids, for my love life, for my quality of life.
    I’m doing my best to be disciplined in hindsight, I always could be doing better. I’m trying my best to not be a fat fuck.

    More on the point of sodium and sugar in products, the sodium is not to make you more thirsty, it's to cover up the taste of sugar. So they can add MORE sugar without messing up the blizz-point of the product. So they add more sugar, making you more addicted to sugar.

    He is right for everything except that "your body will only focus on digesting your food at night"
    In fact, in my experience, it mostly repairs and detoxes me rather than digesting food in my stomach because that is just acid doing its thing dude. He is right about addiction and self-awareness though.

    Bro that ‘food is an addiction’ is 100% true. When fasting in the month of ramadhan you feel hungry, then get used to it. Then after the month is over, you dont feel hungry like you used to do.

    You gotta have the means of affording the food before you even think of going on a diet. I am 26, most of my life is a struggle to find anything like anything to eat, we don't even see the food to even think about going on diet. Like you talking about something that its like a heaven for me hearing. I can't imagine waking up eating what i want, when i want. That is a paradise to me.

      yes they dont make sense. If you eat breakfast you gonna fell better. Just eat good food not bad carbs and fats. If you eat something like oats with almond butter and protein you gonna feel good. Just relying on a drug..cafeine to have energy its not the answer.

    I was "forced" this week to go sleep before 8pm and wake up at 3-4am. Never ever in my life I felt so good and sharp. Usualy my routine was go to sleep at 2am and get up at 10am. Massive difference! So I guess I'll go for 5AM guy too.

    They didn't mention the part about if you do fasting the wrong way it'll do more harm than good.
    Constipation, mood swings, anxiety...etc.
    Not saying that intermittent fasting isn't good to do on occasion. I'm saying look into how to do it right for you. It's not a "cure all".

    Wow I was literally drinking a Coca-Cola while watching this. It’s the zero sugar type I know it’s all a scam. But at least I don’t eat fast foods and I fast from eating and drinking twice a week sunrise to sunset - I’ve been doing it for 6 years nonstop. It even reflects on your skin forget your body- I look at least 5-6 younger most people think I’m 24-26. Def try it.
