Hi Charles, yes you can start that way if you like, but it really doesn't matter as long as it flows really well. For me, I went from past to present (and then back to the past again) but it flowed well enough

Hi Felipe, I applied for the Commonwealth scholarship and the Ireland SIDS Fellowship. Both are great programmes
