My mind is wondering though for the reason/s why there is a rise in Kei Cars with White Plate (I traverse mainly Chiba Area) for example my aunt has one, an old 2nd hand 1998 subaru pleo super tiny car. Then I see 2 different neighbors with the same Daihatsu Canbus kei car with even the same body dual tone color but the other has normal yellow plate and the other has white plate. There are even plenty I see on the roads, parking areas or supermarkets etc definitely Kei Cars because I also see them in yellow plates aside from the white plated (no design just plain regular white) ones roaming around. Did all these White Plate Kei Cars just happen to partake in the Olympics 2020 Japan white plate promo?
