I try to assume the best in people until proven otherwise, give Jordan time to respond man.
@@AdamIronside Dude, I saw all I needed to see when I looked into his courses. I hope you are right but that's not what I saw. You don't think that someone at Jordans level knows that the plugin should be gain compensated during a demo? Even if it's a gain or trim plugin after it! Come on man! How about the $2,500 class that will take you from the basement to "radio ready" mixes in just 6 weeks! I'm certainly not the only person in the comments thinks this. Sorry man, it's just the truth. I've been doing this professionally for a very long time. He's not the first to do this and won't be the last.
Maybe it's just me, but when I'm mixing, I mix. I don't match gain as I go.
@@hardcoremusicstudio You don't match your gain coming into and going out of your plugins? That is standard practice, especially when doing a demo on the plugin. How else can we hear what the plugin is truly doing? Untrained ear, louder = better. You know that Jordan.
Cause what the world needs is more plugins 🙄
There are already enough of saturation plugins. The market is already saturated. Haha! This plugin won't do anything that can't already be achived by other saturation plugins. Free or commercial plugins. And no gain match here either. Tricking ppl to think it sounds better than it does just like all other ads for plugins. And Jordan, you have spoken many times telling ppl they don't need another plugin to be a better mixer. And here and now you want us to buy another plugin? Sorry I can't take you serious anymore.
A new guitar won't make you a better guitarist, but sometimes you want or need a new guitar :)
Thank you Tom! I'm being attacked above for saying the same thing! Then he claims in a comment he doesn't composite gain when he mixes!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!! Dude just admit it's a money grab to the dummies who don't know any better. I'd at least respect the honesty!
WOW! I want The Escalator!! It honestly is like adding "3D Balls" to a mix!
I'm impressed, but I'm not surprised. I would expect nothing less from my favorite mix mentor!
It sounds like nothing more than a compressor.
@@officialWWM tell you what I'm gonna do for you. When I get my demo copy I'll compare it to other saturators and a few comps in a video review on my channel (with Jordan's permission of course) and I'll even make sure to include Spectrum Analysis to show how it differs from compression and maybe also how it is similar.
I don't have any problem doing that if it's something that Jordan wouldn't mind.
@@pvalenti the thing is, it doesn't do anything new, there is already dozens of plug ins out there that do the same or similar. The Avox Punch springs to mind.
@@officialWWM doing new things is not a requirement of plugins to my knowledge?
The only thing that I consider when deciding to buy a new plugin is "What will this do for ME?" and "Does this fit my work-flow in a way that keeps me in the creative mindset?"
I like the simple GUI, reminiscent of the Waves One Knob stuff. Looks clean and neat. If it works for me when I demo it, and if I like it as much or more than what I'm already using, then I BUY it.
@@pvalenti and thats exactly what they want you to do...its also how you end up spending hundreds on mostly useless plugins that you never use...
well you are a great salesman that's fore sure.
Damn dude. Damn
👍👍👍
Gee it'd be nice to hear what the plugin actually does besides add volume. This is not a way to sell gear to engineers, this is just selling to the entry level guys with GAS, and it's shameful.
this is awesome 🤘🏻😎
So it's an sTilt 2? sTilt is free tho...
Cool app but Nope! $80 is defintely way overpriced. Waves makes amazing one knobbers for less than half that. And they have presets. I would defintely be willing to purchase but you gotta come down on the price bruh
Well, won't buy it without gain matched comparison. Really not sure that it does much being gain matched compared to other "enhancers"
I don’t need that!!!!
Money grab during the pandemic.
Smart move but likewise, I don’t need it, most people don’t, they should learn with their stock plugins or what they have.
This is special formulated for all the inexperienced engineer to help on their 6 week journey to radio ready mixes! It probably comes free with his $3,000 class!! HHAHAHAHAHA
HOLY SHIT I NEED IT!!
Gain 👏 Match 👏 Please 👏
Needs auto gain compensation.
Signed up with black salt and bought the clipper now i get like 3emails a day with offers and the same offer over and over again so unsubscribed i dont care for marketing harrasement just sonyou know ease up a little with the email campaign man
Not so secret if you make a video about it for 43900 subscribers
Klanghelm SDRR2 is better than this in EVERY aspect. B) and cheaper
Too bad it doesn't gain compensate. That would make it 10 times better
