Hey 👋🏻 Benny , yeah I have to agree about the Ibanez thing ! I own an SZ 720 FM made in Korea ( almost sounds like a rocket 🚀 model name ! 😄 at least I can remember it ! 🤭 I’ve seen some handles that were 2x that long ! ) whoever made this guitar knew precisely what they were doing and took a lot of pride in their work, it’s quite literally perfect! It’s a fairly thick C shaped neck and the entire guitar is mahogany even the neck and headstock I think. ( except the flame maple top). It has sustain for days , and really good sounding Seymour Duncan pickups, It’s quite heavy but all rib cut etc. , super comfortable and feels like a Cadillac 👍🏻 I’ve also played a few with the Wizard lll neck and I loved it right away as well. So thin kinda like a shallow flat C shape ( that’s how they felt to me anyways ) I loved it right away just a guitar that makes you feel you can play almost anything and sorta encourages you to play faster because it just seems smooth and easier! One of those guitars that you don’t have to work it hard to make it sound great. I started originally looking at Ibanez about 30 years back because of Joe Satriani and Steve Vai really. I always figured if those two guys play them there’s obviously a reason why. I’ve played and owned tons of random almost every brand out there $100- $1000 dollar guitars ( also a few other fairly pricy very nice guitars that were not mine 😄 ) but when I played the Ibanez ($1150 -25 years ago ) that day I knew instantly I wanted that exact guitar. I just sorta knew it a few minutes after I played it but still played about 30 ish other guitars against this one and I kept going back to it every 4 or 5 guitars 🎸 I picked that one out of all those guitars in about 3 hours at the guitar store messing around. It was the best feeling and sounding axe out of all the ones I tried that I could afford at the time. After I picked it out just for the hell of it , I even put it against 4or 5 more expensive guitars that I could not afford . The funny thing was it still seemed like the better guitar. Cleaner smooth dressed fret ends and lots of other small details that some of the more expensive axes did not do nearly as well build quality wise. Like full body binding, as well as the neck and headstock. really sweet flame maple grey / black transburst top with flames on the fretboard! 😄 This thing is easily worth what I paid for it. Not one issue in over 25 years! The neck is quite flat. I don’t know if it’s as flat as the Wizards though ? 🤷♂️ I’ve got it dialed in perfectly 👌🏻. The string gap is very small and still doesn’t buzz 🐝 in the future I would definitely get an RG of some kind with that Wizard neck. Iron Label ? Not sure yet ! 😄 wanna know something funny? In a good way It looks odd seeing you hold an Ibanez after all this time haha! I’m so used to seeing a Gibson, I almost have to reprogram my brain … nope he actually is holding an Ibanez 😄. I do love the brand and just the over all feel of how they play ! I must confess! Super Comfortable Lightning Fast Shred Machines but you can also play slow if you wanna ! But you won’t do that very often probably! They make guitars built for fluid Speeed 😄
I played Charvels in the mid 80s. A Model 4 and a Model 1. Loved that wide, flat skinny neck.

I just picked up an Ibanez Iron Label Six20dbg, and it is an amazing guitar. It's already one of my favorites because of the neck and fretboard.
