I always heard in shoot interviews that despite playing such an evil sadistic character on TV, Ray Traylor is describes as one of the kindest, warmest and friendliest guys in real life. Goes to show how good he is at playing his character.
Makes sense. When I took acting classes in college, my acting professor would admit how the most sadistic characters in theater and on screen are the nicest people you'd ever meet and the most wholesome characters you'd see are the most pompous, egotistical people you wished you'd never meet in person.
I first saw him in 98 when he just came back from WCW and he was terrific. It wasn't until later on that I got to see his early WWF career. I'm just now seeing his WCW career via PPVs.
Boss man took a super super-plex from the top of the cage. My first "hardcore" memory! Loved the comeback in the SWAT attire, added dimension to the already established heel, one of the best heels ever.
This is proof of the genius of McMahon who created gimmicks that made or broke talent. Nobody remembers Big Bubba but Big Boss Man is remembered fondly.
His career, al snows career and really everyone in the mid cards career is a show that the attitude Era wasn't just about the main event, the mid card and semi-main event was stacked with stars who had better and sometimes more fun or interesting feud, matches and storyline, also Vince Russo isn't to blame for putting on crash TV style content, Vince McMahon always has final say and today his final say and what the writers and bookers put out is what's driven away fans so why not give them some shit for the low ratings? Because fans hate russo because he's right and because they'd rather see floppy shitty wrestling.

I like that Undertaker actually gets kayfabe arrested for doing things that are clearly illegal on live tv

Big Boss Man, the Attitude Era Thug! Good to see him get his due. Thanks for the video!
SWAT Boss Man was the best!!
Big boss man 2:18 with jabs it was so beautiful that I feel like I want his skills 👊💜
Best punch in the business.
Unpopular opinion:best heel of wrestler is the big boss man
He had some of the most sinister heel work ever..poor pepper
He was good, for sure underrated. Though, I think that title goes to Jake the snake. His promos were spot on, true psychological warfare

As much wrestling content as one watched, why am I just now discovering your content?
RIP Boss
He was good but Stone Cold had to put him in his place one time.
How and why??
@@Blaze0071 Supposedly Austin had to give Boss Man a bit of a stiff clothesline/forearm as a receipt. Boss Man got the message lol
DEAR GOD GIVE US BACK BIG BOSS MAN AND WILL GIVE U HARLEY CAMERON !!!!
I always wondered if pepper was supposed to be a rib on mongo and his pet Chihuahua
Mega mc 04
