That’s the thing about peso pluma-no one can really pin point his style, he has a growl, and he’s really unexpected as he sings.
It’s not really unique he sings similar to other Mexican artist. Something about his style is different.

It's good, I must say I am not familiar with it. I love Mariachi and some Banda, but I am Italian/Spanish, so I don't know a lot.
I'm glad that it translated into the two of them having a conversation because that's exactly what they were doing. Asking each other what they think of the girl dancing and telling each other their opinions then talking to the girl.

Are you fluent in Spanish? Yeah, this song has a nice beat. I am not that familiar with this type of Mexican music. I am Italian/Spanish, but I am familiar with Mariachi, some band, and pop.
It hits harder in Spanish compa,is like brother but there is more to that. Yo me gusto ya me gusta. Like go be happy and I'm happy for you. Hard to explain.
This style has been around for a very long time but Peso is the first to really bring this genre front and center as far as getting National attention

I love this song so much. Been listening to Regional Mexican music since 2010, never did I think it would go as mainstream as it did thanks to Peso Pluma & Eslabon Armado. It also received the #1 song of 2023 from Rolling Stone, well deserved.

Your right on how each instrument can be heard individually as the go into the instrumental solo. Im sure i didn't say it right but as soon as you mentioned it. Its insane how they hit their instruments at the perfect time for each to be heard before they build up to all them playing as one

It's actually a fairly old style, the traditional corrido, modernized as the corridos tumbados, essentially mixing modern rap music subjects and culture with the instrumentation and stylings of old mexican corridos.

This style is similar to Nortena and corridos; very popular styles in Mexico. Peso Pluma revived the styles and created into a modern type.
You should hear por las noches, by peso pluma and nikki nicole( a argentinean lady artist) it show his vocals more.

I've been a fan of peso Pluma AKA Hassan Emilio Kabande Laija has a very indescribable voice its very unique and I've never heard of such voice and because of this song that he did with Eslabon Armado i knew who he was and now i listen to songs that he made or is featured it, such as, The one and only of course Ella Baila Sola, a well known song Lady Gaga by peso Pluma, or the Le Bebe Remix, and even PLEBADA, all these songs have a really nice ring to it, thank for having me Rebecca, byeeeeee

Hi there. On this ‘Oficial Video’ they did ok. It doesn’t sound bad. We have to keep in mind that when a Musical Video is done, everything is “fixed”. The voice is corrected (with auto tune). It is ‘mastered’ to eliminate any “flaws”. But… when you hear the Spain Grammy Award Live Version, things take a 180 degree turn. Please go to the Live Video and see for yourself if they did well or no. After you had watch that version you might have a different opinion of their ‘performance’.

Echen you described that they pronounced every vowel it reminds me of how Mexican accent sounds, mostly in the north, giving emphasis in the R, J and S sometimes feeling “agressive” in terms of tonality.

Peso pluma sounds lien any other Mexican band singer. He just raps is all and is mostly a Mexican industry plant the same way we have industry plants in the US. Wouldn’t doubt he was pushed by record label ran by the cartel in the shadows. Music is more profitable than drugs
