Divan drill is the only obtainable tool with breaking power 10. But you already get everything with bp9? Well, you could say bp 10 is technically the thing that is for "mining" out the kuudra relic now. Please get this added to the wiki. Also you can achieve bp 11 with a bal pet in magma fields of crystal hollows, or 10 with a lower level tool but it doesn't matter there. Kinda sad that the divan drill is the thing that is gating for getting the whole set and accessory in coins for almost 90% of it Edit: they made it easier. One change is that you can now get the relic with any drill. Getting the talisman is technically a lot cheaper now
