I think it’s a glitch. I’ve got one of the gauntlets, and they all light up together on mine(touching the blue space gem does nothing. The only gem with an effect is the big yellow soul gem that turns all the lights on if they were off and activates the longer sound effect).
Also, there’s a switch to lock the fingers down in a fist that might make it easier to display.
