Food items are divided into pakka and kacha.
Pakka is cooked in ghee and are considered superior to kacha food which is cooked in water.
A Brahmin can take only pakka food from Kshatriys and Vaishyas but not from Shudras and untouchables. On the other hand, Kshatriyas will take kacha food from Brahmin but only accept pakka food from the Vaishyas who are lower than them.
Brahmnisation term given in Religion and society among coorgs of South India.
And Sanskritisation term given in "Social change in modern India".

Hii
A person can accept Pakka food, i.e., food cooked with ghee, milk or butter, from inferior castes Kachcha food, i.e., food cooked with water, is accepted only from one's own or equivalent or superior castes........u told opposite,,apne ulta boldiye ,,but koi nhi apki vid achi he
Sorry for the wrong explanation. So far I've had some misconceptions about pakka and kacha food. Thanks for the correction.
(Food items are divided into pakka and kacha. Pakka is cooked in ghee and are considered superior to kacha food which is cooked in water. A Brahmin can take only pakka food from Kshatriys and Vaishyas but not from Shudras and untouchables.
