Fun Fact: According to the cartoon series of Star Wars The Clone Wars. Ahsoka Tano had blue eyes.

If you ever want to change up the face makeup and her Lekku, you can always get reference from the tv series Rebels where an adult Ahsoka is part of the main group and even fights Darth Vader, her old master.
