The density of funny material in this show is just amazing. It's gotten to a point that it's not a good idea to binge it, you'll get joke fatigue and miss a lot of the amazing jokes.

That's a major problem I had watching it but it means you can rewatch and rewatch and always laugh

Season 1-3 of arrested development were the peak of television.
This is EXACTLY what Arrested Development feels like if you are new and decide to watch a random episode. you'll have no idea why they're acting this way unless you watch from the beginning.

First three seasons were amazing, the newer stuff is still good but doesn’t quite reach the quality of even the first two seasons
Much agreed, the only time I laughed in 4 and 5 was gob and tony both pretending to be gay and, Tobias and the pedo hunters, “daddy needs to get his rocks off” the funniest shit ever
The best part of season 5 is when busters hand gets stuck in the elevator, that’s the only thing that genuinely made me laugh during that season
Been saying the same myself. First three season were clever witty, covered with in jokes 4 and 5 seemed forced. Watchable but with none of the original charm like watching a 2 dollar whore selling herself for 200.

For a show that thrived on a lot of out of context humor, this clip package has a lot of gags that are more just random rather than being funny in an "out of context" way.

Thanks for acknowledging that everything after season three is garbage. Seasons 1-3 are a masterpiece tho, I can re-watch them an infinite amount of time. It's my feeling-good show. This video proves it as well.
