Yes Alia is only show off. She was only like I like this food, I like that food but when the actual food was served her lie was prelevant.

She was shown eating food for only a short period of time. Infact that was not even eating. It was like tasting. All the remaining the she was on blabbering about what she likes to eat but in reality she doesn't eat them. It was just a show off.
