I'd recommend using a separate listing for each room type. That will work the best (e.g., a room with a sea view costs $100/night and a regular room goes for $60/night and so on).
Is it possible to add time frames to different categories? Per example can I use daily for one and hourly for others?

Is there a way to change it per month instead of per night?
Great video. Apart from the search. This one is not really good. If I first have to click on a search result in order to be able to check the availability toes, this is too time-consuming for the customer and jumps off. The entry of the date would already have to take place in the first search. Also the number of people. Otherwise, everything will be displayed first and that makes less sense. Without the possibility to edit this, the theme is not sufficient.

You're missing a WooCommerce page. You need checkout, cart and account page created or else it will go round in circles.

If the Marketplace extension is enabled (it's already included with RentalHive), you can do it in the HivePress > Settings > Orders section and restrict to buyers only

I’m trying to make the change but now I’ve consistantly seeing the following issue:
1: Calendar disappeared from “Listing”
2: “Request To Book” disappeared
How to reproduce:
1: Go to wordpress Listing/All
2: Select Any Listing to edit
3: Scroll down
I was able to see the checkbox that enable manual approval for booking, but it’s gone now.

So, someone can't search by the most important search parameter there is, LOCATION?! You know, Location, Location, Location. The 3 most important attributes of real estate. the most fundamental search for a vacation destination.
Just type the location and it will return all listings that contain that location as part of their attributes, tags, category or description. It's not that hard, is it? 🤔

As admin you can allow user registration in the HivePress > Settings section to allow users to register and list properties on your website. Also, in the current version, payouts are processed manually for security reasons

Yes, you can add extra booking fees (pricing tiers & extras) for each listing. To do that, you need to install the HivePress Marketplace extension (it's already included with the theme, and you don't have to purchase it separately).

1) There's no recurring billing for this yet, but there's a workaround. You can install the free HivePress Paid Listings extension (set an expiration period) and vendors will have to pay to renew listings and keep them visible.
2) It works like an escrow, all payments are sent to the website owner and once the order is confirmed as completed by the customer the seller gets the order amount on their website balance (this depends on the commission rate you set). Then the seller can request a payout, you can set some minimum amount for a payout request and process payouts by your own schedule (most marketplaces do this one a month, to have some delay for covering possible refunds).
@Carletta 're RentalHive supports a multi-vendor feature by default. Anyone can register and list their property. You can enable/disable the user registration in the WP Dashboard > HivePress > Users section

Question: Does the credit card fail if the user enters invalid one? Seems like that didn't work when you entered a fake one. I don't want users to be able to enter any sort of credit card
You need to enable LIVE mode and not TEST mode. In LIVE mode, it will accept REAL cards and real payments. In TEST mode you can use 4242 4242 4242 4242 with any date in the future and any CVV code

I purchased this theme and some additional plugins and I'm not happy at all. It might be perfect, but there are some bugs which provide an awful user experience and the security deposit option (which is vital if you wanna rent for instance expensive equipment) is not well structured. I asked the devs for a fix and they say they'll release some updates shortly. It's been 7 months tho, and I'm still waiting. I've never used this product in the real world so far. I wouldn't recommend it.

hi there, great work here. i had a question. With hive press package installed, do vendors get to have access to their own dashboard for adding services/products, changing prices etc or not ? just like WCMp or WCFM plugins. I was testing vendor section of hive press plugin and made a separate user to verify as vendor and when i login via that user verified as vendor all i can see is settings allowed to the vendor nothing else.
