27:23 looks like an old-school church candle lighter. They'd put a thin piece of wood in a holder, light it from another candle, and light their own candle from it. Pieces about the size of old coffee stirrers.

Question. What or who uses a water tank like the one you found? On a boat, in house?? I don’t think it’s something I’ve ever seen -at least not so far here in Texas. Thanks ☺️
They were used in a home ,in the loft/attic and held hot water made by the fire usually the main one ,largely disconnected when electric immersion heater etc were installed

At 11:30 that is a very old magneto or generator. Don't scrap it as believe it or not there will be very salvageable parts in it. Take it home and clean it up.
