For anyone wondering, you can buy cheap proteen and have the same muscle building effects. The main difference in my experience is taste and oh boy, it’s a big one
Cheaper proteins that cost 30-40 usd per 5lbs is usually spiked with amino acids to replace the protein count, so if the package says 25g of protein its possible that its been spiked with amino acids causing it to go down to 5.6g of actual protein, so eating eggs became better 😅

So that’s not necessarily true. Ive noticed more gains already in like 5-6 days of using it. I eat about 120 grams of whey a day and eat real meat once a day
