What about calculating the key event rate for all the different events in your property? How could you obtain the key event rate for the search terms or the visits with a view_search_results event? It is only possible by using segment/audiences?
Same question, what if we have marked events as key events other than purchase events. How can we calculate UCR and SCR for purchase only in explorer reports

You can always create custom calculated metrics for the purchase conversion
