Yeah, but this is the early 90s. Nobody went to jail for what they put on wax even if it was true. The courts didn't start convicting people of what they put into their lyrics until the 2010s. The most the prosecutor could do back then was use their lyrics to make a claim that the defendant was a 'danger to society '. They couldn't use it as evidence.
