💯♥ that you are the only one talking about secondary conveyances, between this and the one wheel you are bringing the 411!👍

Or if you work downtown and have to park 7+ blocks away, going through a not so great area, it's nice to have the option to go fast rather than being a slow target. That's what I used a similar scooter for years ago.

Nice video, thanks for putting in the time. Having an ebike or scooter will be best practice among the community one day because in rural areas you can cover a lot of ground compared to going on foot and in urban areas you can get around even in gridlock (such as evacuations). That being said on anything but good roads scooters can get pretty sketch, and bikes are way better for jumping curbs and cutting through offroad areas, but even folding ebikes take up a lot of room and space is already at a premium in vehicles. I even tried the lectric bike lite and it's still too heavy and bulky when folded to be worthwhile. After a deep dive the absolute most compact folding ebike that doesn't feel like a gimmick is the song of youth ebike (also sold under jaunty) the CFD2 or CFD3, it's small enough folded you can keep it between your legs on public transit, but unfortunately isn't cheap (about as much as a decent AR) and has to be sourced directly from the manufacturer on alibaba or ebay since there isn't a US distributor which is a risk because your customer service is probably nonexistent. A scooter might be the best option if it works for you especially since in most cases you won't need it.

Never really thought about this, not a terrible idea really. It’d be nice if there was an E-bike that could fold down to fit in the back reasonably. That way if the battery dies you still have the ability to peddle.

I'm in UK there is a folding elecky bike. I personally don't have one but search about basically the frame stay same but the wheels fold in on either side. Hell of a lot of money tho I'd personally stick to a bike. Especially in the USA where I think emp related issues would be more common. I maybe wrong on that.

NOPE. You are chosing the wrong one here. Spec's say two batteries required and will not function if one battery is bad. That's not SHTF GH vehicle. It's a paperweight. And only a 275 lb max weight, Better be close to home when SHTF.
