Where does it say that day they begin the temple that s peace treaty is signed and 3.5 yr count starts? Reason asking is because some people think peace treaty is Abraham accords which were signed in sept or December 2020. So which theory is correct?
Smart Shopper, Many assume, as per the language in scripture, that the Beast will “confirm” or ratify an existing treaty with Israel and the nations. Could this be the Abraham Accords? Time will tell. The important thing to remember is the so-called “Palestinians” did not sign the treaty, only Israel and the United States. Now on to the timing of the Tribulation Temple. We know with certainty it will be desecrated, and sacrifices cease at day 1260 (3 ½ years) into the 7 year tribulation (Daniel 9:27). But to deduce the beginning of its construction is within Daniel 9:26. In the timetable of Daniel’s 70 weeks, we learn that after the Messiah (the Anointed One) is killed, then the “people of the ruler to come”, the Romans will destroy the city (Jerusalem) and the Sanctuary (Temple). This concludes 69 weeks of prophecy. Then there is a gap in prophetic timing, and it reactivates with the confirmation of the Peace Treaty (Daniel 9:27), and then suddenly the Temple is rebuilt because we get the Abomination; this is merely 1 verse after it was prophesied for destruction by the Romans. Thus the rebuilding would begin at this treaty (within the timetable or “week”). We actually get an even more specific chronology in Daniel 8:14, in which we get a 2300 day waiting period until Messiah arrives to cleanse the Mount (end of the Tribulation), from there you can back-time from the end of the tribulation (2520 days minus 2300) until the beginning of the sacrifices in the Tribulation Temple. Once again, using the 360 day Jewish Calendar, you get the beginning of sacrifices (the day of inauguration or completion of the Trib Temple) on Day 220 after the signing of the treaty. Confused yet? Took us a while to catch on as well. This entire topic would take quite a few pages to explain all the fine details of Daniel’s 70 weeks, but we encourage you to do some research for yourself. I'm not Jewish, I'm Christian so this has no application to me, it's okay though if what they say is true Jesus died on the cross for everyone so you don't have anything to worry about, you don't need to go to church because you're already saved, you can go if you want but you don't need to , live you're life.....that's the good news

Good discussion but, the KJV says he will confirm THE covenant with many for one week. It is not "a covenant" but "The Covenant" that is confirmed. And, no where does it say that God, Yeshua or Holy Spirit dwells in this Temple. Rev 11.Talks about measuring this Temple but leave out the outer court because it's given to the gentiles. I don't believe a true house of God will be squeezed in between two Pagan temples. The next Temple our Lord (yud-he-vav-he) will sit down in is described in Eze chpt 40 thru 48. Yeshua sits down in this Temple, His presence is clearly there and I am fully in support of this one.

As much as we love the poetic language of good ole King James we always check the Greek and Hebrew first. Sure enough, the language does lend itself to that interpretation as a possibility. The true Jewish Messiah, the Mashiach, will not allow animal sacrifices in the Third Temple. He may parrade the red heifer, during the consecration of the Temple, but the animal won't be killed.
