I think this song both captured the grandiosity of Rollos legacy while capturing the melancholy of his story and the collision of him and Karjas destinies.
Outstanding piece, very epic and emotional, feels like the late game tracks from Kuro 1 and 2. Absolutely amazing orchestration and percussion, love the strings and drums.
Excellent final dungeon theme although the dungeon itself is a a little plain compared to Memories of Celceta to Monstrum Nox. This one is more peaceful and bare compared to the ones that came before it, but that makes a lot of sense considering what’s happening in game
When you think about it the ocean palace and the fight with Odr Colborne is kinda the ending conflict with the main antagonist. The final arc is more about finding a way to save ***** it’s not really a world ending threat but a very personal challenge to overcome.
@@TitaRussellTrailsHonestly makes you wonder if something more with Loto was planned. Having a Final Boss that isn't antagonistic isn't new or a bad thing, but the end of the game just felt so odd.
@@TheVirginMeri I feel like Loto might just be a hint to the next Ys game, or maybe something after. Probably that "last adventure" that was teased at the end up in the north pole and how that antagonist like to toy with people's fates.
so I think my Yukihiro Jindo final dungeon theme ranking rn is: 1. Corridor of the Lost Ages (Ys 8, 5/5) 2. Resonance of Ray (Kuro 1, 5/5) 3. Earnestly Advance (Tokyo Xanadu, 5/5) 4. Farlound Heim (Ys 10, 4.5/5) 5. To Grasp Tomorrow (CS1, 4.5/5) 6. Reverse Babel (Reverie, 4.5/5) 7. To the Future (CS4, 4.5/5) 8. Strategic Zone (Ys 9, 4/5) 9. Diginity of Glowing Red (Kuro 2) (4/5)
Lmaoo what an terrible take this is easily the most memorable song out of the game, considering 90% of the songs composed by Singa in this game minus a few are complete shit

When heard this while playing last dungeon its a mix feeling of the journey Adol and Karja had been thourgh, so fucking epic
If there's one consistent between every Falcom soundtrack: they've yet to fail at making a banger final dungeon theme
Outstanding piece, very epic and emotional, feels like the late game tracks from Kuro 1 and 2. Absolutely amazing orchestration and percussion, love the strings and drums.
Lowkey Reverse Babel vibes, I absolutely love it 🧎
派手な音楽ですよね。
Indeed I felt the same
Majestic theme
好き
Crossroads of fate and future where Adol's journey ends ...
Jindo I kneel 👑 🧎♂🧎♂
ファルコムのラスダン曲は
毎回聴くだけで
ソレを確信させるモノがありますよね〜。
ダイナミックでノスタルジックな独特の。
(ラスダンもどきの曲には無い)
My man Jindo 🧎♂️
kuro ii gave us strategic zone + resonance of ray and now we have reverse babel + resonance of ray
king
Kuro 2 want this song back jokes aside Jindo always nails it.
What a insane and emotional track, how does he do it..
Anyone else notice that Falcom has started to transition into more orchestral tracks rather than their usual style?
Jindo has been doing more compositions for Falcom.
i wish
@@milesshaw9059 We all wish.
Falcom never dissapoints when it comes to final dungeon themes.
Pure kino.
Emotional final dungeon themes are my favourites 🥲
Sounds like this belongs in a Trails game! Oh Falcom!
GOD BGM!!!!!!!

@@TitaRussellTrails totally agree the final boss doesn’t dislike or hate Adol in any way there is a great respect between the two of them

I expected no less. 😁

@mimic-666 thank u mimic 666,
This is good, but I kinda miss the "Falcom Dance Party" in the background of every final dungeon like Ys 8 and the older games.
I'm as much a fan of the dance party as the other guy, but this... holy hell this hits after playing the game and reaching this part
It's perfect
Ys VIII's 'Yesterday in Etania' is in there 😭😭😭😭😭 it's peak 😭
I listened to the music and felt that the grand and hopeful feeling was similar to the final music of the Kuro no Kiseki 1&2
Like kuro 1's final dungeon
Welcome to Valhalla hope you like Puzzles.

Dunno why when I hear the bgm, this is suited for final battle than final dungeon.
I can only 🧎♂🧎♂🧎♂🧎♂
The most underwhelming final dungeon theme yet. Falcom sound team is no longer the sign of quality it once was.
So wrong it's unreal lol
Is also not the sound team lol, it's an external contractor
