Why are girls always so cringe 😂 the fighters don’t even go 1% against them and the girls just be there taking it 100% serious - and they still can’t get close 😂😂😂
First it's play sparring so there is no winning or losing. Secondly they only throw hard warning shots when Farangs use disrespectful techniques such as the woman who throw a spinning back fist at Superlek followed up by an elbow (which is never done during play) or go a little hard. Play spar should be no more than 20-30% intensity tops.
