  • Oh I have been waiting to share this with you! I saved up enough money to buy a 'real' arena groomer! And while this is definitely an investment, it is so worth it.
About 6 or 7 weeks ago, I ordered an EZ Groomer. Have you heard of them? They are a company in Oregon, and they make these arena groomers. While in my search for an affordable groomer, I came across EZ Groomer and I am so glad that I did. You can visit them by clicking on the link below:

Now they may not be the biggest company, but they sure make a great product!
A couple of months ago I paid someone with a fancy arena groomer to come do my arena, and it was not cheap. To have my arena groomed, or conditioned as they called it, it cost me $350.00. And it was beautiful, for a couple of days. But after that, it went back to being the compacted dirt that it originally was. So I decided to look around and see if I could buy my own groomer.
I was disappointed when all of the groomers I looked at were over $3000! But I kept searching, and I found EZ Groomer. Even with the delivery cost, the EZ Groomer was less than half of what the other groomers cost.
And when it was delivered, and my husband hooked it up and away we went. I was a little worried how this arena groomer would work, comparing it to the professional one that I hired. But after 3 sessions of working the dirt, my arena is better than ever. The ground is more cushioning, and deeper. And it takes me about 16 minutes to fully work the ground. Not to shabby right?!?!?!
I couldn't be happier with my purchase! And this groomer will have paid for itself in less than 4 months. Yep, for 4 sessions of someone coming out and working the dirt, I was able to buy my own groomer, so I can keep my arena amazing, and wonderful!

And no, this isn't a sponsored video. I am just so happy with how this groomer works, I had to share it with you!

I recently got one. Having trouble with deep sand piling up in front of the roller. Any ideas? Probably user error!

Have you tried bringing up the height of the roller? I had the reverse problem, the roller wasn't hitting the dirt, so we adjusted the rollers down a bit, and it worked. I hope this helps!
