Love This and very excited to participate in Nashville with a guide. Nature has always been the main force in my relationship with my higher power, including my higher self. I've been a counselor and in leadership roles for a significant part of my life. This practice entices me because I don't need to be the leader or the fixer and healer. I'm really looking forward to being softly lead through the forest bathing process as a follower. It's really nice as an "in charge" personality type to not be. Fantastic and informative video! 😊🍁🌲🛶
