This explains SO much, I always said that July and January were my hardest months, now this explains it!! January is month leading to Solar Return, and July is Six Mo. after!!! My Sun is in the 12th house 🙂 the Mars too all this lines up with my energy flows!!

I DID have to watch this again! Quite the conundrum as my sun and ascendant fall in my 12th house and my Mars is also in the same sign as my sun! Thank you, Molly! February was a difficult month for me last year. I got burnt out and had to take a month off work. Aquarius is my 12th house. My sun and Mars are in Capricorn/11th house. Right now, I'm feeling the need to have early nights. I just put that down to it being winter! It's probably why I love Spring so much as that's when my 1st house energy perks up :)
Great info. I noticed that one of my low periods coincides with one of my high periods because my ascendant is opposite my sun. From past experience, when transiting sun is conjunct my ASC, I’m very energized (even though it’s also opposing my natal sun at the same time).
I am in the same boat! Mid-May for me is when my transiting Sun goes across my ascendant which is opposite my natal sun! I feel like my energy tends to be up and down but I have a sort of bad association with that time of year to be honest.
Leo season is always the most draining period of the year for me which is unfortunate. I feel so tired and just want to sleep while everyone else is out enjoying sunshine and socializing.

I have read that the closer the transiting Sun gets to your natal Sun, the more energy you feel, like standing closer to a fire. This makes more sense to me than a sudden "recharge download" when the transiting Sun reaches the exact degree of your natal Sun.
This is awesome! I’ll pay more attention to the AC, 12th House, & Mars Transits to see what comes up. I can definitely say that my 6month opposition has historically felt like a mini depression. This is great info! On the Cancer Full Moon this month, the transit sun is conjunct my ASC at 27° and my Mars at 28° of Capricorn. I have a lot of Pluto, Mars and Moon aspects happening at the same time on the 17th. Sag sun, Virgo moon and Cap ASC.

Intresting my natal Mars is 14 ° Vir and my sons Sun is opposite at 14 ° Pisces.. I was very depressed when he was born and having marital struggles. My Sag Saturn is also conjunct His Moon . Poor kid . But he's managed well at almost 40 he's successful and adventurous.
My brother is born 7 feb 66 and I am born 15 aug 67 so the opposition and complement have always been there but now i understand better why he never likes my birthday. He became very jealous year after year, maybe he is simply tired at that time.

This makes a lot of sense. When I think back on my year I’m usually stressed out 6 months after my solar return. I have some mega opposition going on in my chart when the Sun conjunct Uranus. What I was thinking about is, should I be checking my solar return chart as well for this? My solar return chart looks very different from my natal chart in this respect with the signs in different houses.
Molly, Thank you for the clarification because my Sun is less than a degree from the 12th House in direct opposition to Mars. I always make note of the 19th of the month for some numerology I do, so when June 19th arrives I am prepared to go into a time of reflection and pause.

A question to you Molly: when you say the energy rises at the next trine after the sun opposition to natal sun, would that be when the sun is at that same degree in the next sign of the same modality a natal sun? In my case, sun opp natal sun at 25 degree of libra means energy will rise again at 25 degree of sag? Thank you for clarifying! 🌟
